At NeverMind, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every product before shipping. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we are here to help.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Return & Refund Policy.
Return & Refund Window
We offer a 3-day return/refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
For damaged/wrong product claims, we strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
When Return / Refund is Applicable
Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered (different product received)
- Printing defect (misprint, wrong design)
- Damaged item received (torn, stained, or damaged during delivery)
- Wrong size or wrong color sent by mistake (our packing error)
If your issue matches any of the above, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
When Return / Refund is NOT Applicable
Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:
- Customer ordered the wrong size
- Customer changed their mind after ordering
- Minor color differences due to lighting/screen resolution
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Damage caused after delivery
- Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
We request customers to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Unboxing Video (Highly Recommended)
We strongly encourage all customers to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
This helps us verify issues such as:
- Damage during delivery
- Wrong product received
- Missing items
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve claims related to damaged, missing, or wrong items.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Product name
- Reason for return/refund
- Clear photos and/or unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims)
Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue. If approved, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
(Depending on the case)
If a return is required, we will provide full instructions on how and where to send the product.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags intact
- In original packaging
Products that fail quality checks may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
