At WearNeverMind, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

7-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided via email.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Washed products

  • Items without original tags

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
